How You Can Be Saved and SAVED FOREVER
First: Know that God loves you and wants to give you a new life.
John 3:16(KJV) For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
It is not enough just to know that God loves you.
Second: It is very important that you also understand that your sin has separated you from God and eternal life in Heaven.
Romans 3:10 (KJV) As it is written, There is none righteous, no not one.
Romans 3:23 (KJV) For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Romans 6:23 a(KJV) For the wages of sin is death;
Sin has separated you from God.  Many people try to be saved by living a good and sinless life, giving to the church, or by man's religion.  But none of those things can save you.  There is only one way to God:
John 14:6(KJV) Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life:  no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Ephes. 2:8-9(KJV)  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gif t of God (9) Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Third:  Realize that Jesus Christ died for you, and rose again so that He might give you eternal life.
John 3:18(KJV) He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Acts 4:12(KJV) Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Romans 5:8(KJV) But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
I Cor. 15:3-6(KJV) For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins accoriding to the sciptures: (4) And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures. (5) And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: (6) After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.
JESUS offers you the FREE GIFT of redemption and eternal life.
I Peter 1:18-19(KJV) Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your father; (19) But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
Col. 2:13(KJV) And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses:
Just to know that He died for you is not enough. You must......
Fourth:  Confess your sins to God and turn away from them to serve God faithfully.
Acts 3:19(KJV)  Repent ye therfore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord:
I John 1:9(KJV) If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Fifth:  Receive Jesus Christ by faith, accepting Him alone as your Lord and Savior.
John 1:12(KJV) But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
You must receive Him by faith.
Acts 26:18 (KJV) To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgivenesss of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
Romans 10:9(KJV)  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Romans 10:13(KJV)  For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Here is how you can receive Christ and be forever SAVED:
You can receive Christ now and be forever saved by repenting of your sins and placing your faith in Jesus alone to save you---and He will.
The following prayer is just an example of what one should pray from their heart in order to be saved.
"Lord, I know that I am a sinner, condemned to an eternity in Hell. I come before you in the name  of your Son Jesus, asking you to forgive me for
my sins.  I ask you to save my soul and to give me the free gift of eternal life in Heaven and I accept the redemption of my sins and the free gift of                                  eternal life in Heaven by faith and that alone.  Thank you for saving me and giving me the power to be a son of God."
Can you sincerely pray this prayer or one similar to it?
If so, pray to God now and Christ will come into your life and save you forever, as He has promised.
When you receive Christ, you are born again of the Spirit (born from above).  You are now a member of God's family and are related to God as a Son.
John 5:24(KJV) Verily, verily, I say unto you.  He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
Your assurance of salvation is in Christ and Christ alone
I John 5:12 (KJV)  He that hath the Son hath life: and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

What Are We Becoming?
Reprinted from May 2006 and February 2018 of Ranch & Rural Living magazine

This article is about a prayer that reveals what we may be becoming in this country.   It was a prayer given in Kansas at the opening session of their Senate.  It seems prayer still upsets some people. When Minister Joe Wright was asked to open the new session of the Kansas Senate, everyone was expecting the usual generalities, but this is what they heard:

Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask your forgiveness and to seek your direction and guidance. We know Your Word says,
"Woe to those who call evil good,' but that is exactly what we have done.  We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values.
We have eploited the poor and called it the lottery. We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare. We have killed our unborn and called it              choice. We have shot abortionists and called it justifiable.  We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self esteem. We            have abused power and called it politics. We have coveted our neighbor's possessions and called it ambition. We have pulluted the air with
profanity and pornography and called it freedom of speech and expression. We have ridiculed the time honored values of our forefathers and          called it enlightenment.  Search us, Oh God, and know our hearts today; cleanse us from every sin and set us free. Amen!

The response was immediate. A number of legislators walked out during the prayer in protest. In six short weeks, Central Christian Church, where Rev. Wright is pastor, logged more than 5,000 phone calls with only 47 of those calls responding negatively.  The church is now receiving international requests for copies of this prayer from India, Africa and Korea. Commentator Paul Harvey aired this prayer on his radio program, "The Rest of the Story," and received a larger response to this program than any other he has ever aired.
It makes you think, doesn't it?

What Are We

At the end of our preaching time we have a 'time of invitation'.  It is during that time that if you want ot join our church, come forward and make your request know.  You can join our church in  one of the following ways.
     1. If you are not saved, repent of your sins and place your faith in Jesus Christ for your salvation, and present yourself as a candidate for baptism.
     2. If you are already saved and have been scripturally baptized by a church of like faith and order as ours, you may present yourself as a candidate for membership in our church by promise of the transfer of your church letter to our church.
     3.  If you are saved and your baptism is from another denomination of unlike faith and order such as ours (in which scriptural believer's baptism has not been followed), then you may present yourself as a candidate for baptism. After you have been baptized you would then be a member of our church.
     4. If you are already saved and have been scripturally baptized by a church of like faith and order as ours and a letter cannot be obtained (i.e. lost record, church no longer exists, or for some other valid reason), you may present yourself as a candidate for membership by your statement of faith and about your baptism.
If you have any questions about joining our church please let us know and we will be glad to answer them.
